💙 How to Use the ChatMall Chatbot via Facebook Messenger

🪄 Step 1. Go to ChatMall’s Facebook Page

• Open Facebook and search for ChatMall.

• Tap the “Message” button to start chatting with our chatbot.

💬 Step 2. Receive the Welcome Message

You’ll see a greeting message like this:

Welcome!
Thank you for contacting ChatMall.
Our chatbot helps foreigners in Korea shop easily.
Looking for something? Just type it in!

Below the message, several quick buttons will appear:

• 🌐 Let’s Go ChatMall – Browse our shopping site

• 📝 Sign Up Now – Create your ChatMall account

• 📦 Track Order – Check delivery status

• 🤖 Start My AI Picks – Get personalized recommendations

🧠 Step 3. Click “Start My AI Picks”

• Tap 🤖 Start My AI Picks to begin shopping.

• Type the name of the product you’re looking for (e.g. “mask”, “lotion”, “snacks”).

• The chatbot will show you 3–5 recommended products that match your search.

🛒 Step 4. Choose and Order a Product

• Tap the product you like to see details, price, and images.

• Click “Buy” if you want to order.

• The chatbot will guide you through each step — from adding to cart to checkout.

• After confirming your order, you’ll receive a summary and tracking option.

💡 Tips

• You can chat in English or Korean, and the chatbot will respond in the same language.

• You can also type keywords like “popular items”, “cheap skincare”, or “delivery info” to explore more features.
